OPT-OUT Rules:

AFTER ENTRIES HAVE ENDED AND YOU CAN’T ATTEND THE RODEO:
- CONTACT THE RODEO SECRETARY and/or TRAIL HAND DIRECTOR DIRECTLY. Their contact info is on our website.

- There is an opt-out fee of $50 per national family plus $25 for Trail Hands per family.  If you opt-out within 2 days of a rodeo, you will also be required to pay stock fees the contractor charges us which is more than what we charge you. For example, for sheep: you pay $10, we pay the stock contractor $15; you would owe the $15.

- Exceptions to the above opt-out rule: if you need to vet-out or med-out, you do need to show us proof or you will be charged those fees.

- 2 or more opt-outs a season, you will be required to pay your full entry fees.

After the unofficial draw is posted, if you see an error, CONTACT the Rodeo Secretary and/or the Trail Hand Director DIRECTLY.
