Entries close Sunday night 2 weekends prior to each rodeo.

Please Note:

  • Google DOES send an automatic confirmation to you immediately when you submit a form. If you don't see it, go to your email's website through your browser - where you type in Gmail dot com, etc. - NOT just using your phone's email app. Go in through your browser and then look in your junk mail folder, etc. If you still can't find it, email the Trail Hand Director and ask. Please DO NOT panic and submit the forms multiple times.


YOU SHOULD HAVE A MANUAL CONFIRMATION FROM THE TRAIL HAND DIRECTOR BY TUESDAY NIGHT AFTER ENTRIES CLOSE.

  • If you don't, let her know by Wednesday. Missed entries cannot be added after that week, you are responsible for making sure you have a confirmation. The manual confirmation will include your total $ due at check in.


STANDING ENTRY FORM OPTION

  • Everyone still needs to enter the August 3-4 rodeo online through the form above.
  • If you'd like to be entered in the same classes for all of the fall 2024 rodeos, you may fill out our standing entry form. Then you will not need to enter online for the remaining 4 rodeos! 
  • Print and turn in at check in. If you need us to bring a copy for you, email the Trail Hand Director and ask.

*The rodeo secretary will no longer be taking rodeo entries.  RS will still be available to answer questions or help if you are having trouble.  *This does not pertain to Trail Hands, you will still contact the Trail Hand director.


*HOW TO ENTER FOR RODEOS (LITTLE WRANGLERS, JUNIORS & SENIORS) THROUGH THE NATIONAL WEBSITE.
Go to www.nlbra.com
Click Membership then choose Rodeo Signup & Registration
Choose Log In or if you need to create an account, click Register.  If Log In window doesn’t open, refresh page or clear cookies.
Enter your log-in information, this will take you to Membership Access page
Type in contestant last name where it says “type…”
Choose the contestant you want to enter into rodeo.
Next choose All rodeos
Scroll down till you find Michigan and the correct date.  If entering on a phone, you may need to scroll sideways  or up/down to see all dates.
Choose the blue bar which will have the rodeo location & rodeo #
The events specific to your contestants will appear.  Choose each event you want to enter; you must click on the event.  Also enter partner information if applicable or make sure your partner will enter you.  If you don’t have a partner, do your best to find one on your own.  If you don’t have any luck, the rodeo secretary may be able to help find one but not guaranteed.
Click blue bar, Sign Up.
Get entry CONFIRMATION either email or printed copy in case there are errors and to make sure the events you entered are listed.  If it just has contestant name and no events, then you need re-do and click on each event.
REPEAT process for other days and other contestants.
Log Out when finished.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You will pay entry fees at rodeo.  The amount shown on the website more than likely will not be your total.  It won’t include office fees and it does include partner fees if applicable.

  • If your partner entered the rodeo prior to you, that event will not show up as an option to enter because your partner already did the entry.
  • Be aware of entry deadline, the system closes promptly.
  • If a rodeo is listed, you may enter at any time.
  • If you entered and need to opt out, contact rodeo secretary.  The system does not allow you to remove it yourself.
  • If you have permission, you may enter other contestants under your log-in.

  • Mutton and Expo mini bulls 8:30 am
  • Contestant Meeting Saturday directly following Mutton and Mini bulls
  • Saturday performance starts at 10:00 am**
  • Sunday performance starts at 10:00 am**
  • Silent Auction Table, weather permitting
  • Friday camping permitted usually, specific arrival times**
  • Concessions on-site, most locations
