  • Contestant check-in 8:00-8:45 am
  • Saturday Contestant Meeting 9:15 am
  • Saturday performance starts at 10:00 am**
  • Sunday performance starts at 10:00 am**
  • Silent Auction Table, weather permitting
  • Friday camping permitted usually, specific arrival times**
  • Concessions on-site, most locations
  • **See specific rodeo information
